TED Talks: David Sedlak On Avoiding A Water Catastrophe

We previsously provided a link to a TED Talk presentation by Paul Romer, namely to think innovative in changing the rules at City level and to start from the bottom with the way we are governed. This is essential information of we want to start thinking fresh about our New Harties. See the article:

The TED Talks have proven themselves to be extremely insightful, as they say: Ideas Worth Spreading. Harties.net would therefore like to contibute in the spreading of these ideas by providing a link to some of the TED Talk presentations applicable to Community and Urban Development questions.

The following presentation is visionary about how we can avoid a water catastrophe. We need to think how these ideas can be implemented in Harties. If anyone still comes with the defeatist attitude of: "We are done for - Madibeng will never do this" we need to get this person converted to the fresh New Harties attitude of "Let's decide to make it happen for our children".
